These terms govern purchases made on charcho.art, operated by Tamar Chogovadze IE (ID 01021013135, “Charcho”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Placing an order

An order may be placed by registered and unregistered customers alike. Once we receive it you will get a confirmation email with the order number.

Charcho reserves the right to decline an order if the item is out of stock, the details provided are incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and include VAT. Online payment is processed through the secure Flitt gateway — Charcho never stores your card details.

• Card online — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay (Flitt);
• Bank transfer — for companies, against an invoice;
• Cash or card — at one of our Batumi stores.

Custom orders

A personalised piece is made within 7–14 working days of the sketch being approved. Such an order requires a 50% deposit and cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Returns and exchanges

An item may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the case of a defect;
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days;
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
• Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Warranty

Every piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by improper care, or mechanical damage. We resize standard models free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
