Rates and delivery times

Times are counted from order confirmation. For custom orders add the production time of 7–14 working days.

International shipping

International parcels are sent with Georgian Post. The exact rate depends on the country and weight — calculate it with the Georgian Post calculator. Any customs duty is payable by the recipient.

Tracking your order

As soon as the parcel leaves us you receive a tracking number by email. Registered customers can also follow the status in their account.

Pick-up in store

You can collect your order free of charge from either Batumi store: 88 Z. Gorgiladze St (Batumi Mall) and 29 Sherif Khimshiashvili St (Grand Mall). We call you as soon as it is ready.
