Our story

A name built by two families

“Charcho” was born from two surnames — Chartolani and Chogovadze. Ch + Cho. In the logo two figures pass an object between them: exactly the way a handmade piece passes from hand to hand.

We started with a small table and a handful of tools. Today Charcho has two stores in Batumi and ships across Georgia — but every piece is still made by hand, at the same table.

For us jewellery is not decoration. It is a memory you wear.

Nothing comes off a conveyor. Every single piece is made by hand in our Batumi workshop.
Honest materials

Amethyst, zircon, pearl and brass. Nothing we would not buy ourselves.
Small batches

We make few things, and make them well. That is why some models sell out for a while.
